   What do we do?

We, of course, do bike maintenance and repairs.

We also sell bikes (new and refurbished), all sorts of new bike parts, and accessories (helmets, lights, locks, etc.)  If there is something special you are looking for give us a call.

Bikes are our passion!

We love all types, from kids to e-bikes, from road bikes to gravel bikes we work on them all. Whether you are looking for the perfect commuter, wanting to get your little ones on a bike, or wanting to try a Fondo or just hit the gravel roads on the weekends, we can help you get that perfect ride.

   A little bit about us

Cycles West is a family run company. 

Owner/Operator Simon Ciceri has been working in the bicycle industry for over 35 years. Simon has worked in bike shops in England, Italy, the United States, as well as shops across Canada. 

It is safe to say cycling is Simon's passion. Simon rode semi-professionally in Europe as well as having done many local and national races.  He has also completed many triathlons, including Ironman Canada. Simon also trained as a coach in England, which comes in handy when he is fitting customers on their bikes. 

Simon's other passions are co-owner and wife Jill and their son Eric.  As well as working in the store, Jill is also the office manager.  They often ride together to relax and enjoy Victoria and surroundings, as well as being  frequent commuters.  Whether out on their gravel bikes or fixies, or out for a shop mountain bike ride the family’s rides are always enjoyed.

At Cycles West our goal is to provide an enjoyable environment where cyclists of all levels can come together to access information on products, services and events. 

If you are new to cycling or an advanced cyclist, if you just like to relax on your bike,  enjoy the challenge of a triathlon or Grand Fondo, or the thrill of mountain biking, Cycles West is here for you.  

We believe that no matter what you do, it should be done with enjoyment and enthusiasm for life.
