Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt.
The merchandise must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all original packaging and the receipt.
For items shipped to you: Used non-defective merchandise cannot be returned for exchange or refund. We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise only. Premium and express shipping charges will not be reimbursed. If you refuse delivery on an order you will be charged the cost of shipping back to us.
Special Items: Cycling shoes may be returned only if cleats have not been installed. Please try them on before installing your cleats. Saddles may be returned if they have not been installed on a seat post. If the rails are scratched in any way they cannot be returned.
Please note: If you send a product back from the United States or Internationally you need to declare any customs value. Please indicate that this is a defective merchandise return and declare the customs value of $1.00. We will not accept any package returned to us that has a declared customs value greater than $1.00. You must contact us for the correct returns procedure and a return authorization number.
